Integrity and Organizational loyalty

       The methodology is used in the process of selecting and reselcting of employees at all levels, prevention of theft and physical abuse in the workplace, training for the establishment and development of organizational loyalty. The test is an objective tool to measure individual attitudes to respect the social, moral and organizational rules and regulations. WIth the test can be reliably identified candidates for jobs or employees willing to allow smaller or bigger violations. The diagnosted items are as follows:
- Tendency to theft, misuse, fraud, unreal selfpresentation and liе
- Attitudes towards unfairness, immorality and unscrupulousness, individualism and selfhood
- The stability of the professional motivation and attitude toward the work
- Discipline
- Tendency to physical and verbal aggression, tendency to conflict with the authorities
- Тendency to abuse drugs and alcohol
- Counter attitudes and behaviors - immoral, unfair or antisocial acts in the past, past violations of norms and rules, tendency to counterpose reactions at the workplace.
  Loyalty is assessed in different situations in the absence of direct supervision at work. Effective tool in the implementation of policies to increase loyalty in companies.
