"PsyArt Biz" uses methods and techniques of group and team diagnostics, which allow studying of the psychological climate in the organization, the interpersonal relations, the management features - formal and informal leaders, and others. The methods allow the revealing of the area with the strongest conflicts, their causes, cores and direction of development.
In the group and team diagnostics "PsyArt Biz" is guided by the principles of the organizational psychology and sociometrics. The interpersonal and group relations are being diagnosed with the purpose to be inferred, influenced and improved. The behavior of members in the group is studied, their compatibility - assessed, the group is evaluated to examine the hierarchy, the formal and informal leaders and outsiders, the group conflicts and disruptions are being revealed and forecasted.
Team diagnosis makes it possible to change the authority of formal and informal leaders, the realignment of the teams so as to be consistent with the goals and desires of the organization and to reduce tensions arising due to mutual intolerance of some members of the team.
